At Mudify, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. While warranty terms and approvals are determined by the manufacturer, our team is committed to assisting, monitoring, and supporting you throughout the entire warranty claim process.
How Warranty Coverage Works
Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer, not Mudify.
Coverage applies only to the original purchaser.
Warranty duration and eligibility are determined by the manufacturer’s specific warranty terms.
Mudify does not make warranty approval decisions but works directly with manufacturers to help move claims forward.
How Mudify Helps
We don’t disappear after the sale. Mudify will:
Help you submit a complete and accurate warranty claim
Communicate with the manufacturer when needed
Monitor the claim and provide updates
Guide you through next steps based on the manufacturer’s response
Our role is to advocate and assist, while ensuring all claims follow manufacturer policies.
What Is Not Covered
Warranty coverage does not apply to products damaged due to:
Abuse, misuse, or neglect
Improper or incorrect installation
Lack of proper maintenance
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
Mudify is not responsible for:
Labor costs, vehicle downtime, or inconvenience
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Expenses incurred during use or while a product is under warranty review
Shipping & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Mudify does not cover warranty-related shipping expenses.
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier, when applicable.

Provide your order information, a description of the issue, and any requested photos or documentation
