We know how frustrating it can be to see a tracking update that doesn’t reflect where your package actually is. Unfortunately, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays, missed scans, or early delivery confirmations, which can cause tracking information to appear inaccurate.
Tracking Has Not Updated or Shows No Movement
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us by submitting a request through our Support Form, and our team will review the shipment and assist you with next steps.
Tracking Shows “Delivered,” but the Package Has Not Arrived
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, we recommend waiting up to 2 business days. In many cases, carriers mark packages as delivered early or experience temporary system glitches, and the shipment arrives shortly after.
If the package has not arrived after 2 business days, please reach out to us through the Support Form so we can help investigate the issue and guide you through the appropriate claim process.
