Order Processing & Handling

We proudly process orders promptly:

  • In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

  • After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a second notification once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (48 Contiguous States)

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders over $89 within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, APO/FPO) generally via FedEx ground.

  • Shipping timelines:

    • Fast-tagged products: 2–3 business days shipping. If ordered before 2:00 PM EST, the item typically ships the same day; after that time, it ships the next day.

    • Other items: 3–5 business days shipping after handling.

  • If you need expedited shipping faster than standard, contact Mudify through chat or support for a quote and timing estimate.

Oversize / Freight & Specialty Shipments

  • Large or oversize items that require freight shipping could take up to 7 business days once shipped. The freight carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

Shipping Rates Outside Free-Shipping Zones

  • For non-contiguous U.S. states (like Alaska and Hawaii) and international destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight, size, distance, and carrier.
  • If the system calculates the rate incorrectly, Mudify reserves the right to adjust the rate and notify you before charging the additional amount. If you do not approve the updated rate within 2 business days, your order may be canceled and refunded.
  • Import duties, taxes, and fees on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Mudify provides customs paperwork but is not liable for any duties or fees charged by your destination country.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • You should receive a tracking number as soon as we fulfill the order. This allows you to follow the delivery progress online.
  • If you do not get a tracking number, please contact us to find out the status of your order.

Backorders & Communication

  • If you purchase an item on backorder, Mudify will provide an estimated shipping date (often up to 5 weeks) and let you choose to keep or cancel the order. We will update you on any status changes.

Claims for Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a damaged item arrives, do not install it and file a claim within 7 days of delivery.
  • If a package is lost in transit (no movement for 5+ business days or marked delivered but not received), you can submit a claim through Mudify support.
  • Customers should not refuse or reject shipments once they have been dispatched. Refused shipments often incur additional carrier fees and may result in delays. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, please accept the delivery and contact our support team. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions to process the return according to our return policy. Shipments that are refused without prior authorization may be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees, which will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation before the order ships (not guaranteed if the order left our facility). If the order has already shipped, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs (Mudify may provide a discounted return label).
